Trading Up

Trading Up is a comprehensive, targeted business growth service to social economy organisations in east central Scotland. Trading up is supported financially by the EQUAL European funding and will operate from April 2006 to March 2007.

Through Trading Up, we can offer a limited number of social enterprises, specialist business skills, training and coaching from our expert business advisors in areas such as finance, project management and marketing.

Community Enterprise will provide direct business development support to at least 100 social enterprises through the Trading Up pilot project, and offer them access to kick-start capital in Lowland Scotland in 2006/7.
